Description of Water Based Zircon Coating:
It is based on the Zircon powder of high purity, with the character of high refractoriness and good burnt-on sand resistance. It has excellent thixotropy and leveling property ,good suspension stability and low gas emission.It has good thermal stability and will not soak with molten metal, it also has high thermal strength and good impact resistance of molten metal, it does not expand under heat, all of which leads to smooth surface finish and easy fettling
Application of Water Based Zircon Coating:
For application of all No-Bake Resin Sand, Cold Box Resin, Hot Box Resin, Resin Coated Sand mould/core for various stainless steel casting and large to mediumiron casting. It has excellent rheology which is good for flow coat and dipping,the coat is even and smooth without flow or dipping mark.
It also can be used as ladle and tool coating for aluminum alloy casting which can prevent the hanging dross and etching, prolong working life of ladle and tool

Instruction of Use
1. First stir even of the coating, add up moderate amount of water for dilution, then stir even again, check the baume till it is proper after the coating stays still.
2. Proposed application baume:
Brush：60-80Be
Flow： 55-65Be
Spray：40-60Be
Dipping：55-65Be
For trial, choose proper baume as per size and structure of sand core
3. The drying temperature of coating is 160-180℃, bake 40-60min as per size of sand core.
